The base glass of this old Akro corkscrew is a highly UV reactive vaseline yellow with strands of white running through it, like a Popeye, then corkscrews of yellow and green. I've seen this one listed as a UV Popeye, but since the base glass is vaseline yellow rather than clear, some collectors don't qualify it as a Popeye; I guess then, it would be called a Lemonade/Limeade hybrid. Either way, it is a gorgeous 4-color corkscrew.
CONDITION: MINT 9.7 The surface is incredibly wet and shiny without the slightest trace of wear at all. All I can find is a microscopic pinpoint less than the size of a grain of table salt and a tiny melted dimple shown at the edge of the green in the first and super-enlarged pictures.
