A generous spreading of the famous Akro Agate oxblood follows translucent green and opaque white meandering corkscrews around a translucent flourescent vaseline base glass. The marble glows brightly under a black, ultra-violet, light demonstating it's high content of uranium oxide, the chemical that causes the glow. This is one of Akro Agate's most elusive and desired of all thier products.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is PRISTINE without the slightest hint of wear of any kind. The only thing that keeps it from a perfect rating is a couple of very tiny melted dimples and a faint roller track. You may click here to view the grading system I use. | |||||
