Transparent red supporting a thin line of dark carnelian twists four times around a cloudy white base glass. And with the eyelash-like so-called Pre-Freeze marks, the manufacture date is easily assessed at or before early 1922, one of the earliest machine made marbles ever produced, after transitionals and slags.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 Pristine, wet, mint surface with absolutely no sign of play or wear of any kind what-so-ever. There is a single tiny melted dimple--that's it. You may click here to view the grading system I use. | |||||
