Bright transparent red and blue ribbons meet at two seams on the surface of a snow-white base glass forming a classic example of an early, 1930s, Peltier National Line Rainbo LIBERTY.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 Wet, shiny surface with absolutely no sign of play or wear of any kind. The marble looks perfect in hand, but under a bright light and lens, or these enlarged pictures, you can see tiny, melted shallow pits, like there was some sort of debris on the rollers while the marble was still hot. Click on the first picture for a very large view of the image to see that these slight anomalies are as-made. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 17.0mm or 0.69" at the equator. | |||||
