Stretching from seam to seam are veins of many colors, including: Yellow, orange, white, powder blue, very rare purple, and what appears to me to be the famous Akro Agate OXBLOOD--you can see for yourself in all of the last four pictures.
The little eyelash-like, or so-called "pre-Freeze", marks are present at the seams indicating the marble was made sometime prior to the Spring of 1922. CONDITION: MINT 9.5 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of play or wear at all, as a mint marble should be. Close examination with a bright light and lens reveals a nearly invisible, depending on the perspective of the view, fingernail mark that I managed to capture in the southeast quadrant of the 5th picture. Also, there is a microscopic leading edge of a bubble that nearly made it to the surface--what is shown in the 6th picture are air bubbles that are completely below the surface.
