Over the years I've only actually seen a relative few of these and one of the books refer to them as a RINGER, and describe them as a Popeye with only one color. They do, in fact, fit right in with a Popeye display except the base glass is rather cloudy, like the ACE family, with the white wispy strands rather the the crystal clear that describes a Popeye. This red example, in my experience, tends to be the most common color; still, a mighty pretty marble with lots of eye-appeal.
