Nice, bright eggyolk yellow swirls on a highly UV reactive yellow vaseline base glass that glows in the sun almost as bright as with the black light. There are the tell-tale little eyelash-like marks that show the marble was made before the so-called "Freeze" improvement of 1922, so this is one of the early ones. Seldom are there any marbles this well made and this well kept found in circulation today.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 Pristine wet mint surface with no sign of play or wear of any kind; as well as, no as-made anomolies that I can find using a very bright light and 10x printer's loupe. This is a museum quality example. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.87mm or 0.625" at the equator. | |||||
