Here a silvery white translucent base glass plays host to a beautifully pattern of heavy oxblood that swirls around the entire marble. This is an wonderful example of Akro Agate's SILVER OXBLOOD with a seldom matched design, fits in well with a collection display of high-end oxbloods.
CONDITION: MINT 9.3 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear. There is a tiny shallow annealing flake visible at the edged of one of the oxblood ribbons near the center of the third picture--clearly as-made. while rotating the marble under a bright light a I spotted a couple of apparent sparkles, but close examination with a lens showed them to be reflections off interior bubbles near the surface--again, third picture.
