Sorry, but I have no idea who made this marble. I only feel it safe to assume that since most of the marbles manufactured in the United States were made in one of the West Virginia plants, this one probably was also.
The aqua-marine base glass is filled with a myriad of white thin swirls that I have seen sold as CALLIGRAPHY marbles. If anyone has any more information about this style marble, please let me know. CONDITION: MINT 9.4 The surface is wet and shiny and I can find no evidence of wear, but there are some miniscule needle-point size specks, visible at the bottom of the first and sixth pictures, that I couldn't find until I photographed the marble. I would guess that there was dust or debris on the roller machinery during shaping. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 16.04mm or 0.633" at the equator. | |||||
