I love the way Alley blends shades of the same color to form these multi-color swirls that like to flame in the manner of CAC marbles. This one has a number of flames, ranging from yellow, to pale orange to a darker orange, all on and in a snowey white base glass. The large, 11/16", size helps to set this marble off to the glory it deserves in my lighted dispay cabinet.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear at all. There are a few very tiny melted dimples, and a couple of sub-surface sparkles, but with very close inspection, it shows as light reflected off the back side of nearly microscopic bubbles down inside the marble.
