I guess this is what collectors are calling a HYBRID BLACKIE now. As I understand it, a BLACKIE is a white based marble that has a black ring around the equator and two same color patches on either side; whereas a black ring with a red patch and another color on the opposite side is an ALL RED. This one has no red, but there are blue/green patches on either side. These are becomming more and more in demand all the time.
NOTE: I have a lot of regular BLACKIEs in stock of every color of which I am aware that they were made. There are just too many to list, so If you're interested, just shoot me an email. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 or better. PRISTINE, WET MINT. I can find no anomalies with this marble of any kind. Really amazing, especially since it came out of a jar where it had been in contact with a couple of hundred other marbles for a matter of 50 years or more. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.75mm or 0.620" at the equator. | |||||
