There are two opposing blue and white panels of color separated by pink and some off-yellow, ochre?, colored panels that make this a rather rare, color-wise, paneled onionskin. Even though the marble measures 0.502", which is actually 2/1000 of an inch over the official limit, I am still calling this one a PeeWee. I'm not going to argue over that small an amount.
With both pontail marks unfinised, I am going to surmise that this marble was manufactured during the late Victorian period, circa 1880-1910. CONDITION: MINT 9.4 The surface is nice and shiny with no sign of play or wear, in fact, I can find nothing to describe except a sub-surface reflection, few melted dimples, and some sort of black colored debris below the surface that had to be as-made and is easily visible in the pictures.
