Here is a huge, very near to a full one inch, Peltier with a solid jet black base glass and two multi-colored patches. One is a sort of off-white with streaks of peach, pink, orange, and a pale lavender. the other is a conglomeration of yellow and white with a couple of streaks of the peach and orange. These are called NOVAs by collectors and are really quite rare. These were some of the last marbles made by the Peltier Glass company. I believe but am by no means sure, sometime in the 1970s when they made a few of these and a some others that I'm really not familiar with.
CONDITION: MINT(-) 9.1 The surface is perfectly wet and shiny as a brand new marble with absolutely no sign of play or wear what-so-ever. The reason for the (-) rating is because of some very shallow and fine annealing fracture lines. These are so small and shallow that there is no danger of the marble breaking, but they are there and can be seen if you look closely at the first, third, and fifth pictures.
