A bright robin's-egg blue base glass with bright yellow surface ribbons exemplify the Peltier National Line Rainbo CUBSCOUT, and that is what we have here. These are some of the earlier, circa 1920s-30s, Peltier creations as they delved into the marble manufacturing market.
The CUBSCOUT is not one of the more rare of the Peltier NLR series, but when this, or any other, Peltier reaches this almost 25/32" size, and in this wonderful mint condition, it becomes one of the singularly hard to find marbles that collectors treasure. CONDITION: MINT 9.5 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear, but there are a couple of as made dimples of which all are easily seen in the pictures. Also, the camera failed to pick up a small fingernail shaped crescent that is invisible to the naked eye but can be seen using a 10x jewelers loupe.
