This old PUMPKIN CORKSCREW is a little different than most in that there are two shades of orange that are a little lighter than most blended in striations creating a beautiful base for a jet-black corkscrew to call home.
The little eyelash-like marks are faintly present indicating the marble was manufactured sometime prior to the Spring of 1922 when the famous, or infamous, Freeze improvement was incorporated eliminating the marks. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 or better. I can find no anomolies on this slick shiny surface. Hard to imagine how a marble, destined for it's own destruction by small boys survived for 100 years in this condition, but here it is virtually untouched.
