A pea green base glass with bright yellow surface ribbons describes what most collectors call a Peltier JOHN DEERE, and a few of the old-timers refer to as a GIRL SCOUT. I guess when you own it, you can call it what you will.
Actually, this marble is quite rare. First off the incredible size of a full 25/32" without losing any of the appeal of the NLR pattern, which many Peltiers seem to do when you reach the larger sizes. This one is every bit as much the JOHN DEERE as the smaller 5/8" varieties. Another feature that most of the larger sizes encounter is that most of them were the favorites of the young lads that loved them just for their size because they made such fabulous shooters. This beauty has retained it original, just like the day it was made MINT(+) condition. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 Nearly perfect wet mint surface with absolutely no sign of wear what-so-ever! Nearly impossible to find any Peltier in this close to perfect condition. All I can find, under close scrutiny, is a couple of tiny sub-surface reflections.
