Even in hand, at first glance, and that's all it takes to realize the heavy aventurine, this looks like an every day Peltier Zebra; however, on closer inspection, you find the ribbons to be a deep black-coffee brown. And even closer inspection shows one to be blue as well as part of one of the bronze ones to have blue on the opposite side. A quite unusual example of a Peltier National Line Rainbo ZEBRA.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The surface is wet and shiny as you would expect from a mint marble. All I can find, using a bright light and lens, are a few very tiny and clearly as-made melted pinpoints. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.30mm or 0.602" at the equator. | |||||
