Here is an absolutely gorgeous example of an Akro Agate true AUGER CORKSCREW with a transparent CHERRY red base glass with a white auger making 3-1/2 turns from the surface all the way to the center. The outstanding contrast of colors make an eye-catching piece in any display in which it is placed. The size is a little over half way between 11/16" and 23/32" which would qualify it as a shooter in most marble tournaments back in the day. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 or better.
