Here's a prize for anyone's collection, including the poor little boy who probably had it taken away from him for trying to play with it during class time--can't blame him much.
BLUE and YELLOW are probably the most popular of the more common POPEYE color combinations, and this one is particularly appealing with the white striations occupying the same space as many of the yellow streaks. There is a nice window to the interior that shows all of the color to be right on the surface in the manner of the SNAKE family of CORKSCREWs. CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The surface is bright and shiny wet with no evidence of any kind of wear. All I can find is some tiny surface specks that are shown in the blue a little northwest of center in the sixth picture--don't know what they are. You may click here to view the grading system I use.
