Here's one of the early birds of the Peltier family that goes way back to their beginnings in the mid to late 20s of the last century, making this beauty just about 100 years old. There are red, orange, green, yellow, brown, and purple ribbons represented, all meeting at two distinctly Peltier seams on the surface of a white base glass that has some clear spaces that are visible when back-lit. This is one of the harder to find examples of the CITRUS family of Peltier famous NLRs.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 Beautiful wet shiny surface with only the faintest whisper of some light wear that can be seen in the third picture. I can find no pinpricks, dimples, or blowholes that are so common to Peltier marbles of this vintage. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 16.32mm or 0.642" at the equator. | |||||
