Here's one from what I consider one of the finest glass artists of our time: Geoffrey Beetem. I believe he calls this one a STARDUST CLAMBROTH. Actually, the marble is made somewhat like an onionskin, in that the base glass is crystal clear and the color, a rather sea-green, is applied like a skin over the whole thing, then the pattern colors are added over that. I couldn't tell you when the gorgeous sparkling dichroic lutz makes it's appearance.
this is a stunning marble that you'll be hard pressed to find a display partner that won't seem inferior. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.9 or maybe even 10, which is perfect. I hardly ever even grade a marble at 9.9, but Geoffrey made this marble for me at the Kansas City Marble Show in 2013 where it was wrapped in cotton and placed in a box and has remained there until I just now took it out to photograph--August 11, 2020; So, it is brand new.
