I don't know that I've ever seen a brighter or bigger Master's SUNBURST anywhere. When I first got the marble, I thought it was an Akro Sparkler; but after closer inspection, the distinct horseshoe shaped seams facing the same direction, which define all Master marbles came into view and there was no denying who the manufacturer was.
The colors that lie on the surface are rather dark and earth-toned--a couple of bands even look like they may be OXBLOOD. But, on the other side the veins are bright powder blue and white marking a vivid contrast that give the marble an almost Sparkler look. Also, although I know they must have made them, I don't recall ever seeing a Master's SUNBURST SHOOTER. This one, just slightly under 3/4", is certainly the only one I've ever owned. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 Super wet shiny surface with no sign of wear what-so-ever. Museum quality. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 18.68mm or 0.735" at the equator. | |||||
