Red and yellow, and even some green, ribbons meet at two or maybe three seems on a robin's egg blue base glass, for one of the most famous and instantly recognizeable marbles in the collecting world: the Peltier National Line Rainbo SUPERMAN. And at less than 1/128" less than the magic 3/4" number, we have a rarity that makes it one of the most important SHOOTERs being hunted today. I've only had a couple or three of these in all the years I've been collecting/dealing marbles, and this is one of the best examples I've seen, much less owned.
Considering how fast the marble collecting community has been growing lately, and how hard this size superman is to find, and the substantial factor of it's wet mint condition, it cannot be assumed that this beauty will be around for very long.. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 PRISTINE--WET MINT. Extraordinarily shiny wet surface with no sign of play or wear or anything else. This is a true MUSEUM piece.
