The title speaks for most of the features of this marble leaving little to describe, other than the near perfectly designed latticinio web at the core that is surrounded on the surface by three sets of blue, green, yellow, and orange bands. The exceptionally clear base glass and the colorful outer design, as well as the unfinished pontail marks, all help to tag a manufacture date of circa 1880-1910.
CONDITION: MINT(-) 9.3 The surface is wet and shiny looking with no sign of wear, and the pontail marks are as clean as the day it was made; but, there are some clearly as-made melted tool marks, and a couple of surface double air bubbles that closely resemble tiny hit marks, but aren't. Also, there is a myriad of miniscular melted shallow pinpoints, or pits that almost resemble orange-peel--click on the first picture and a very large image will appear: note the edges of the marble for the best view of what I mean.
