As with most CAC marbles, this is another one that is very hard to find, especially in this condition. Powder blue swirls on and in a transparent amber base glass with lots of champaign bubbles. All CAC transparent swirls are scarce, and this named variety is one of the more popular ones and a real find for the Christensen collector.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The surface is wet and shiny with no evidence of any wear at all. There are two perfectly round pinprick-like anomalies that I am quite sure are partial surface air bubbles, and when I used the light and lens, I found what appear to me to be "roller tracks" I guess--faint and shallow. I am satisfied that everything I have described is as-made, having occured during the manufacturing process. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 16.44mm or 0.647" at the equator. | |||||
