Here's a classic: the Peltier NLR: LIBERTY, with transparent red and blue ribbons on a snow white base glass.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7-9.6 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of play or wear what-so-ever. Inspection with bright light and lens reveals only a single open air-bubble right next to the seam and can be seen at the right edge of the sixth picture. I promise it is not near as bad as the photograph shows--I didn't even catch it until I was editing these pictures and then had to go back and reinspect the marble. The open part of the bubble is actually much smaller than shown, most of it is beneath the surface. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.38mm or 0.605" at the equator. | |||||
