Here is a gorgeous Alley Agate FLAME with transparent red, orange, and white swirls working together to form flame points all around the marble from nearly every view. The transparent strawberry red can best be seen in the sixth backlit image. I would like to point out, also, the quite large size of this beauty at a fat 11/16" which would have officially qualified as a shooter back during the days of the marble tournaments and the manufacture of this marble, circa 1922s-40s.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear at all. There are only three or four tiny melted dimples from sub-surface air bubbles that make up the closest thing to an anomaly that I can find, even with the aid of a bright light and lens.
