I'm calling it an ORANGEADE, if it looks more red to you, then perhaps you'd rather call it a CHERRYADE. Either way, this has become a very difficult marble to find anywhere. I think it's been a couple of years since I've seen a MINT one. There is also just a slight bit of carnelian that edges between the orange and the YELLOW VASELINE base glass which, as with all Vaseline glass, is highly UV reactive--see the sixth picture. I am not the most accomplished photographer of UV reactive glass, but you can at least see the bright green glow you get with UV exposure.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 or even better. Very wet shiny surface with no anomalies that I can find even with a bright light and 10x jeweler's loupe. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 17.00mm or 0.668" at the equator. | |||||
