This is one of the nicest examples of an old German Single gather sulphide
with a walking bear that I have ever seen. The figure is nearly perfectly placed and
the single pintail mark shown in the sixth picture came off the cane so well that it
didn't even need polishing. If there is any anomaly at all, it is a bit of a bubble
covering some of the figure on both sides.
CONDITION: MINT 9.5 This is an unbelievably clean Sulphide. The surface is pristine with no signs of wear at all. All I can find using a 200w light and 20x lens is five short faint scratch lines at the pontail mark and two tiny reflections that can both be seen in the first picture and these only show up when you hold the marble just right using magnification.
