Here's one of Alley Agate's true treasures, and are highly prized by all Alley and West Virginia Swirl collectors: the SHIMMERING BLUE SPRUCE, just loaded with blue and even some black aventurine. I have never been able to take very good pictures of aventurine in marbles, but even with my poor abilities, you can see that this little gem has an abundance of the shiny dust-like particals.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear at all, and no as-mades that I can find other than a brown coloring that looks like it might be a tiny swirl of horsehair oxblood, but I'm not really making that claim--it didn't even show up in the pictures, only under the loupe.
