With orange and what appears to be black, but a closer look shows it to be a dark black-coffee brown, corkscrews on a cloudy white translucent base glass, we have a TRI-COLOR ACE CORKSCREW. I'm not sure if it's the peculiar combination of these colors, or the near perfect double twist of the corkscrews or most likely a combination of the two, but in whatever display it sits, it draws my eye to it. Quite a piece of eye-candy.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is wet and shiny with no signs of play or wear. There are two melted dimples from bubbles that nearly made it to the surface and collapsed inward with melted edges, rather than outward which produces rough-edged pinpricks. The white specks you see in the third picture in particular, are a combination of tiny bits of sub-surface unmelted sodash, reflections off of sub-surface bubbles, and lint from my cleaning cloth. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 16.82mm or 0.662" at the equator. | |||||
