Orange, streaked with red, ribbons meet at crimp lines on the surface of a yellow base glass is identified as a Peltier NLR GOLDEN DRAGON in Sami Arim's book: "Peltier Glass Marbles--An American Legend". According to Sami, these are quite difficult to find. especially in this wonderful MINT condition
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is wet, shiny and untouched. There are a few tiny as-mades in the form of melted dimples, the product of some miniscule air bubbles that have nearly made it to the surface and collapsed inward.
