I had one of these once, a long time ago, but it wasn't even close to as nice as this one, and it sold the very first day I had it listed on this web-site. I have been kicking my own ass ever since. The glass, as shown in the first picture is translucent, with sub-surface stretched bubbles making a striking view against the back lighting. Without the back-lighting, it appears to be opaque white, with opposing double red, the most popular color, ribbons running pole to pole and separated by wide bands of sparkling goldstone, lutz, edged in white--hard to see because of the white base glass. Everythin about this marble is about as perfect as you can get, from the design to the gorgeous wet mint condition. Just look at the pictures.
CONDITION: WET MINT! PRISTINE just like the day it was made. Looks like it came out of the annealing oven, wrapped in cotton, and stored in a safe place for over 100 years. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 19.24mm or 0.762" at the equator. | |||||
