The base glass is a translucent yellow/grey with a surface more than 50% covered by two of Akro Agate's custom colors of EGGYOLK yellow and the famous smooth milk chocolaty CHOCOLATE OXBLOOD which is quite a bit more rare than the normal oxblood with the spots and streaks.
The size is 51/64" which is half way between 25/32" and 13/16". To get an even better idea of the size: 25/32=0.7812; 51/64=0.7968; 13/16=0.8125, and this marble is 0.801, so it's a little over 51/64, but closer to that than it is to 13/16"--A very large size for this type. CONDITION: MINT(-) | NEAR MINT(+) I don't see any evidence of actual wear, and most everything is clearly as-made, but there are a couple of aberrations that may or may not be as-made, such as a couple of sub-surface reflections shown in the first picture, as well as some places in the oxblood itself that may be questionable. The price reflects these anomalies. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 20.36mm or 0.801" at the equator. | |||||
