13 evenly spaced, rich blue lines run unbroken from pole to pole on a semi-opaque, translucent base glass. Both of the pontail marks are unfinished indicating a manufacture date or sometime during the late Victorian period, circa 1870-1910. This is a remarkably well designed example of it's kind, seldom found at all and especially in the nearly unbelievable wet mint condition we see here.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 Finding these old antique handmades in anything like MINT condition is a rarity seldom experienced by most collectors. This one is the exception: the surface is PRISTINE, as if it were never before touched. Even the pontail marks are as clean as the day they were made.
