I'm sure some of you Vitro experts could help with maybe a more exact name for this marble, but I'm positive it was made by the Vitro Agate Company. The colors are a solid white patch and striations of tan/brown brushed on the surface above a dark emerald green base glass. The little Vitro "hook" is shown in the second picture, and the subsurface striations reminiscent of the Akro Sparkler or the Master Made Sunburst can be seen in the first, third, fourth, and fifth.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is wet and shiny with no evidence of play or wear. There is a slight cold roll dent near one of the seams, but I'm afraid my photographic skills, or lack of them, failed to pick it up. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.57mm or 0.613" at the equator. | |||||
