The Christensen Agate Company, fondly referred to by collectors as CAC, produced some of the most beautiful and collectible marbles of all marble manufacturers.
I named this CAC a four-color swirl in the title, but there are actually five, including the base-glass color. You are seeing the cream of the crop with this near-perfect example of a CAC opaque swirl sporting dark brown, chocolate brown, salmon red, and tan, all on a blue base. A swirl with this many colors is a unique find. I am not aware of any company that produced a swirl with more colors.
CONDITION: WET MINT 9.8 The surface is PRISTINE, as good as it gets. I suppose it's possible to find a marble as clean as this one, but not better. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size mm or " at the equator. | |||||
