Although the green and black patterns do not quite fit the "old school" definition of a Marble King Patch and Ribbon, we are close enough to declare this to be a Marble King: GREEN HORNET. With the advent of new collectors, there has been a tremendous increase in the demand for Marble King marbles, causing a scarcity of these as well as all of the other brands, especially in the wonderful mint condition of this one.
CONDITION: The surface has one of the wettest looking shines I have seen. There is no sign of play or wear whatever. The only anomaly I can find is a melted dimple with a piece of debris in its bottom, easily seen in the pictures, at the right edge of the first and toward the top of the second. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 14.96mm or 0.589" at the equator. | |||||
