The Popeye defining clear base glass filled with wispy white threads hosts brilliant red and green contiguous corkscrews. Some of the white striations have interspersed with the green with delightful effects. Know that this is not the most common color combination. Also, the 11/16(+)", near shooter size, is always popular. All of these positive features combined with one of the most important of all, the MINT condition, dramatically contributes to the almost irresistible allure.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 I cannot find a single flaw anywhere on this marble. The white specs you see in the pictures are light reflections from tiny air bubbles lying just below the surface. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 17.65mm or 0.695" at the equator. | |||||
