Wispy white threads fill the clear base glass but easily retain the Popeye defining status. A lemon-yellow corkscrew has a red/orange streak down the center. A pale blue contiguous counterpart joins the yellow at the pole for a meandering 1-1/2 turn trip around the surface to the opposite end.
Because of the extra color, red, applied to the yellow corkscrew, this marble qualifies as a HYBRID. The pale pastel colors add to the unique qualities. I have found that some marbles brighten up a collection; this is one. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface is glossy wet, and shiny as a mint marble should be. Close inspection with a light and lens reveals a single pinpoint that is far too small to be caused by any playtime. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 16.07mm or 0.632" at the equator. | |||||
