This has got to be one of the most stunning of the Peltier National Onyx I've seen. To be perfectly honest, it looks like someone at the Peltier glassworks, either mistakenly or on purpose, introduced some of the slag glass into a Miller machine. The ying-yang pattern shown in the first picture is unmistakable, as are the rest of the provided views. There is even some of the famous Peltier feathering going on.
I've always had a fondness for the Peltier Slags. This is the first time I've ever seen one with this apparent Miller machine look. To add to the already unique quality of this marble, I bring to your attention the size: just a short few thousandths shy of a full 3/4" shooter. And now, the kicker to all of the other fantastic features of this marble is the beautiful mint condition.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface has a nice shine with no evidence of play or wear or any kind. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 18.86mm or 0.742" at the equator. | |||||
