Like so many marbles, especially Akro Agate Products, The longer and closer you look, the more you can see. What appears as a dark blue base glass with an orange corkscrew shown in the thumbnail link to this description page is a mixture of dark, medium, and light blues that make up the base glass. And striations of diverse yellows to red present as the orange color of the corkscrew. A black trace follows the orange corkscrew through its entire route.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 The surface has a glossy wet appearance, and I can find no evidence of any wear at all. There are only a couple of tiny dimples with melted edges. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.63mm or 0.617" at the equator. | |||||
