This marble, in my opinion, is a M.F. Christensen product from the very early twentieth century. It is all oxblood with black lines swirling throughout. I'm afraid you'll have to rely on the pictures for the best description to be had.
If this isn't an MFC brick, then it was made by Akro after MFC went out of business. I have to strain the old imagination to find anything like a nine. If there is a following tail, it dives from the surface and back in an unpredictable manner too non-traditional for me to grasp.
CONDITION: WET MINT 9.8 or better. The surface is PRISTINE! It looks as if it had never even been touched. It's getting to be near impossible to find a wet mint marble of any description especially one as old as this. You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 17.20mm or 0.677" at the equator. | |||||
