Geoffrey Beetem, the designing artist who made this gorgeous piece, nearly outdid himself with this one. The beautiful deep blue, unadorned, V-lobe solid core has ridges and valleys.
Beautiful GOLD lutz, accompanied by surrounding red ribbons, wind two complete turns around the surface of the crystal clear base glass to provide an illusory accent to the ridges. DICHROIC Lutz is housed in what appears to be a transparent-clear bubble that covers the remainder of the solid blue core, completing the illusion of lutz on the core. If you look very carefully at the pictures, eventually, you'll be able to see that there is no lutz in contact with the core. CONDITION: MINT(+) 10.0 The condition is PRISTINE. I can't find a single flaw of any kind whatsoever. Geoffrey made and signed the marble in March of 2012, then carefully wrapped and handed to me where it has remained, in the box, until I took it out to take these pictures.
