DESCRIPTION: To explain the DOUBLE AUGER: There a two very thin green auger corkscrews that follow each other from one pole, making nearly three spins to reach the other. One has a white edge that reaches the surface like a SNAKE, followed by the other that, without the white edge, is not quite as broad and doesn't quite reach the surface.
Now, before you run for the straight-jacket, this is not a figment of my imagination; The white speck shown just to the right of center in the fifth picture is a single tiny flake of mica or some similar substance or material. I have inspected this flake from every angle possible, even comparing it with mica flakes from other marbles known to contain mica, which is what it looks like to me. CONDITION: MINT(-) 9.4 I was reasonably sure that with such a wet, shiny surface, this marble was near perfect until performing a close inspection with a light and lens. I could then see a few sub-surface sparkle reflections. Most proved to be reflections of my light source from tiny bubbles inside the marble. However, there is one reflection I can't explain; it has a crescent shape that appears and disappears as the marble is rotated under the light; I can find no associated impact mark. I also found some very light wear with the help of the light and lens that was just too faint for my camera to capture or to see with the naked eye.
