DESCRIPTION: Two streams of transparent red converge with streams of white and blue and wind around each other for about a turn and a half. Ako Agate marketed these as a Three Color Special, but that's not quite all there is to it.
The two transparent ruby red streams are separated by a thin layer of brown/tan with darker edges that could be black. A thin line of the separating layer is shown running right down the middle of the two red streams. The pictures are accurate and adequate to show the lines of brown/tan and black. The lighter blue combined with the transparent dark ruby red gives this patriotically colored marble more charm and eye-appeal than most of the LIBERTYs in my collection. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.7 or better All I can find are three small melted dimples on a glossy, wet-looking surface. Gorgeous! You may click here to view the grading system I use. Size 15.81mm or 0.622" at the equator. | |||||
