DESCRIPTION: Six transparent cranberry ribbons allow us to see the five white bands on their opposite side, and because of the twist of the ribbons, a direct view of both sides is provided through their transparency, the other.
At what I will call the basal pontail end, they start with three ribbons showing the cranberry side and three showing the reverse, white on cranberry, side and vice versa for the other three. Although it looks like much more, each ribbon only makes about a half turn around the marble. but they also twist so that the part facing the outside of the marble ends up facing the interior, and those facing the interior end up facing out. With so many ribbons, all twisting and traveling together, they finish with a mesmerizing pattern that shows mathematical accuracy in the design. If you stare at the marble too long, You can become bewildered and confused. Intense gazing at the pictures is not as bad but can still cause the befuddlement of your brain. CONDITION: WET MINT(+) 9.9 The surface has an incredibly glossy wet shine with no signs of wear at all; nor is there any evidence of any other anomalies.
